Holiday home ownership at River Laver is for leisure and holiday use only. The park is non-residential, offering a peaceful environment and the freedom to enjoy your holiday home throughout the season.
  • We are open for 10 months from March 1st to January 3rd

  • Holiday and recreational use only

  • Not a main or permanent residence

  • Owners must have a permanent residence elsewhere

  • Freedom to visit throughout the season

  • Peaceful, non-residential park environment

Day-to-Day Use & Guidelines

To protect the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the park, a small number of guidelines are in place. These help ensure the park remains a holiday destination and provides clarity for all owners on how holiday homes can be used.
  • No council tax or residential benefits

  • No running a business from the holiday home

  • No permanent postal address or regular mail

  • Family and friends always welcome to use your holiday home
